Please take the time to read each category below before scheduling.
SCHEDULING SERVICES
& GROUP RATES:
To secure a date for makeup services, skin treatments, or classes please submit a contact form with as many details as possible.
All requests will be responded to within 24hrs.

Please note that a valid photo ID and a retainer fee will be due
at the time of booking any service.
The retainer amount is deducted from your balance due
the day of your appointment.
Please allow up to 24hrs for a confirmation email.
If scheduling appointments for groups of 2 or more please email:
with "Group Rate" in the subject line.
Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will ONLY be reserved when the booking process is completed AND retainers are received.
Availability changes instantaneously, early booking is highly recommended!
All retainers/fees are non-refundable, or transferable.
All personal information is confidential, and ID's are for
liability and safety purposes.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
TRAVEL /LOCATION:
Butterfly Artistry Beauty Services are currently being offered in the 89002 Henderson NV, area.
Both makeup and skin treatments are provided at Ciara's Exclusive Spa Suite which is
approx.25 minutes form the
Las Vegas Mid Strip.
If interested in receiving a makeup appointment or skin treatment at
Ciara's suite please select the
"In Suite" service option.
If you would like to schedule a travel makeup service,
please state the desired location in your contact/email request.
-Travel Rate: If you would like Ciara to commute to your desired location for a makeup service, please select the "Travel Glam" option.
-Group Travel Rate: The group travel rate is a one time payment for the entire party. Multiple travel fees are not required unless there are multiple location changes.
-Destination Weddings/ Traveling Outside of Las Vegas:

-Travel for Skincare Treatments:
Travel for all skincare treatments
(excluding the "OTF Facial")
is not offered at this time.
Skincare treatments are provided exclusively at
the Butterfly Artistry Suite.
NO SHOWS+
LATE POLICY/ LATE FEE:
Please note that your booking is a reserved spot. We understand that sometimes life happens, but if you know you will be late for your service, please call the business number provided in your confirmation email.
-Guests that are 10 minutes late or more will be charged a $25 late fee which is due at arrival.
-Appointments will be canceled after 15 mins of lateness.
No exceptions!
-Butterflies please plan to arrive 5 minutes before
your start time if possible!
This late fee also applies to all appointment locations and if members of larger parties don't arrive at your desired location
on time for their service.

Guests that no call, no show for their service will be unable to schedule future services with Butterfly Artistry, while retainers and fees remain non-refundable at this point.
APPOINTMENT RETAINERS+
CANCELING/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Your booking is a reserved spot.
When scheduling a service, a $50 retainer fee is to be placed
electronically to secure your desired service date and time.
(Excluding Bridal Makeup and Makeup Classes.)
This amount is deducted from your total amount due the day of your event.
All retainers and final payments are non-refundable.
Under the foreseen or unforeseen event that the guest must cancel, Ciara must be notified of event cancellation at least 24hrs prior to the service date.
A new appointment + retainer will be required to secure rescheduled dates.
Ciara will void the original event date, and your retainer
will remain non-refundable/ transferable at this point.
In the unforeseen event that Ciara is unable to perform services on the reserved event date, she will refund the total retianer/fees to the guest.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT+REFUND POLICY:
When submitting retainers for all services please list
your name and date for the description.
All retainers are to be placed virtually, final payments can be
paid in cash or virtually.
The retainer amount will be deducted from your
final balance due the day of your appointment.
The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who booked the appointment.
There are absolutely no refunds for services or products.

Tips are not expected, but always appreciated!
HEALTH & SAFETY:
-No Extra Guest are able to accompany you at the spa suite for your service, unless they are scheduled to receive services as well.
-Face Masks are optional for clients to wear to appointment.
If you would like Ciara to wear a mask please inform us when scheduling.
-Frequent Hand Washing and Sanitation is asked from clients.
Hand sanitizer will be provided.
-Please Wait in Car until your appointment time, and text the provide business number when you have arrived, Ciara will contact you to come inside.
-Please Stay Home/Reschedule if feeling sick, or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19.
